Chamberlin Architects provided Construction Administration services for this $275 million, 12-story, five year project on which we also assisted Perkins+Will with design.

This was a complicated, phased project in the CM/GC format.  New construction totals 439,104 sf.  The remodel work knits together the new tower with the existing hospital by expanding the emergency department, renovating space vacated by departments that moved into the tower, and creating a new central sterile area in support of the surgery suite.

Chamberlin Architects had primary responsibility for site planning, pre-tower work, extensive remodeling to the Mate­rials Management and Environ­mental Services departments, and a new loading dock.
