This 1923 Renaissance Revival theater was rehabilitated in fifteen construction phases over the course of more than two decades.

The first project restored the original façade which had been largely obliterated during a 1947 “modernization” project. Studying computer-enhanced historic photos enabled the design and reconstruction of the façade’s proportions and of the terra cotta, sheet metal, and brickwork details. Other work over the years has included remodeling of the balcony, lobbies, stage, mechanical/electrical and plumbing systems, a new roof, and courtyard.
